Reviews and Ratings
I was quite pleased with my stay at the hotel. The rooms, while clean and spacious with a modern design, had limited operating hours and selections in the executive lounge. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. The location, right on the Danube River, proved to be very central and convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience had its highs and lows, offering a superior selection but with some room for improvement. Overall, a good value for the facilities provided.
The hotel room was lovely and spacious with natural daylight facing the Castle. It was nice and clean with fantastic views over the Danube, Buda Castle, and Chain Bridge. However, it felt a bit dated in some areas, with no dressing gowns provided and high prices in the mini-bar.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were so spacious and modern, which I loved, but they were very dirty and expensive compared to what I received. The service was terrific throughout the hotel, except for not informing us about the spa closing early. The location was excellent, right in the middle of town with easy access to everything; however, the dining experience was good but a bit pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering a fantastic view, but the dining options were better off elsewhere. The service was impressively helpful, and the location couldn't have been better.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were so comfy it is one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in, but the late check-out at 4 pm for assigned rooms can be inconvenient. The limited operating hours and selections in the executive lounge were a bit disappointing, but the room itself with 1 king bed, walk-in shower, fridge, TV, desk/chair, large futon, and a wide window was amazing.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with spacious and modern rooms, great service, and an excellent location in the heart of the town. The dining experience was superb, but I did notice some areas that could be improved.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The view of both the castle and the Elizabeth bridge from my room was simply breathtaking. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and the delayed readiness upon arrival were minor inconveniences. The front view was stunning, making up for any shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were like stepping into Marriott apartments with a stunning view of the Danube and overlooking the Buda Castle. The walk-in shower was a great touch, and the view of the Danube was exceptional. The service was delightful, with staff going the extra mile to make our stay special. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore all the main tourist sites by foot. However, the dining experience fell a bit short despite the fantastic Sunday brunch. Overall, a wonderful stay with a mix of highs and lows.
The hotel offers modern rooms with huge windows that are comfortable, although a bit small for three persons. The service was incredible, except for a few encounters with not very friendly or helpful staff. The location is convenient for exploring Budapest, with easy access to all transport options and a very good selection of food nearby. The dining experience had a wide variety of quality options, though it was not at the level of a 5-star hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with a central location and excellent service.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were quite spacious and tastefully decorated, although the cleanliness upon arrival could have been better. One standout feature for me was the electric shade over the window, which added a perfect touch to the room.
